Zoya MatteVelvets and UltraGlitter for Winter

Thank you for your pre-orders on Zoya MatteVelvets and Zoya UltraGlitters.

We know many of you have been excitedly awaiting the arrival of both. As you may already know, Zoya implemented a D3CS quality control policy to our product formulation approvals last year to assure only the highest quality product would be shipped to our Zoya and Qtica customers. Our initial pigment order for the MatteVelvets and UltraGlitters for Winter did not pass the D3CS pigment standards and had to be remade. It is this unplanned delay that has held up the pre-orders of the winter MatteVelvets and UltraGlitters.

The issues with the pigment have now been resolved and pre-orders will begin shipping by the end of this week.
