Base is China Glaze's Phat Santa with China Glaze Medallion over it. I used China Glaze's Midnight Kiss to do the Chinese character. The Chinese character is "Luck". Typical Chinese tradition colors are red and gold; red for luck, and gold for money (I could be wrong)
