I tried my 2 sheer French Tip Dip polishes over a few colors just to get an idea of how they'll work for layering. They look lovely over darks and brights!
I used American Apparel Hassid, Quirius Starry Night, & French Tip Dip Bright White for the base colors & then one coat of French Tip Dip Cannes & Riviera Moon. I left a bit of the base color showing on each nail so we can see if it changes.
