Here is an awesomely vibrant blue/green mermaid polish. Some slight visible brushstrokes, but nothing too terrible. The shimmer really makes it look like the polish is glowing from the inside.
What do you think? I'm pretty impressed for only $1.99

I got a few of these Spoiled polishes because who can pass up a sale for 99 cent polish? Not this girl. This is a great BRIGHT pink with gold shimmer.
This is 2 easy coats. I really like that the shimmer is still visible in real life. :) In some of my pics it shows more silver, but I promise you, it's gold.
Then I did a subtle glitter gradient using Essie Luxeffects As Gold As It Gets.

A dead on dupe of Deborah Lippmann's Ruby Red Slippers (Wet n Wild Behind Closed Doors is also a dupe). I don't normally go for such dark polishes, so I definitely wouldn't spend $18 on it, but for $2.99 I'm in. :)
It's got an incredibly sheer black base, so this is 2 coats over Sinful Colors Black on Black.
I like how it looks up close, but I wish the red were more present from further away. At a distance it just looks like black polish.... :(
