I'm really kicking myself for not posting these before V-day. I'm sorry reader :( but it's better late than never! :DAlright, here I used two coats of OPI Little Red Wagon as the base. Then I proceeded to use China Glaze Devotion for the design. Followed by a coat of OPI Text Me Text You, I did a second coat of this over the tips which is barely noticeable.
I think this manicure gets the idea across of what 'holiday' you are celebrating :D
