This was a cartoon I had forgotten about until Deniz (aka Trincess) suggested it! Thanks girl, I used to love this one too! Something about Nickelodeon... they always had the strangest cartoons. But we loved them even if it was gross humor.
I did both hands for this one! I hope you like them!
I started out doing both accent nails with Rocko's face, but at the last minute decided to do Heffer on my right hand ring finger. :) I'm glad I did, it turned out super cute. All of the other nails are based off of Rocko's shirt pattern.
Here are the colors I used. Essie Coat Azure has come in handy for many of these cartoon manis. It seems to be just the right shade of medium blue that was used in all of the old cartoons. The tiny bit of shimmer just adds a nice touch without distracting from the theme.
