Barielle - Slate of Affairs

I got my first haul from Barielle just the other day. I ordered 7 of their polishes and products when they went on sale for half price on Hautelook. If you're not yet a member, I encourage you to become one, it's free! It might go for a few months without anything good that appeals to me, and then for a few straight weeks it seems like everyday they add something that is an extraordinary deal, or something I just have to have. 

For those unfamiliar with the site, they will feature certain products from big brands or even designers for major discounts. 50% - 85% off! They'll have anything from diamond necklaces to diaper bags. They have Women's, Men's, Kid's, Makeup, & Home categories.

I got my hands on all of these Barielle products for $4 each! Shipping seems like it takes forever, but that's because of the way they do things.... Just be patient, it's worth it!

Urban Decay makeup went on there today and all products are either $5 or $8!

Anyway, what was I talking about? Oh yeah, nails! 

This is two coats of Barielle Slate of Affairs. I'm surprised that I was able to capture the blue flash in the polish! In real life, the flash was noticeable in the bottle, but not on the nails.

It reminds me of Zoya Caitlin, but as you can see they're not dupes. Caitlin is much more dusty and purple.

And yeah, I hacked my nails back to nubs because I was at work with my Summer Lemon nails and realized they were getting out of hand. I kept scratching myself for one.... and something about being in a hospital makes me more aware of germs, and despite a million handwashings... germs could be lurking under long nails. So they had to go! I hope you understand!
