NaildeRoyale - Products Review

Posted by Unknown on Tuesday, August 2, 2011

A while back, I posted my opinion concerning an order I had placed through the website NaildeRoyale.com  - here. I mentioned that they had contacted me asking me to review their products and I agreed. Those products came in and I've used them, so here we go!

They sent me:

Zoya?! OMG, thanks I already know I love it!

Lolly is a color I did not yet have. It's got the same phenomenal Zoya formula. Even as a matte, it doesn't dry too fast that you can't work with it. I didn't have any problems with bald spots or cuticle dragging.
3 coats of Zoya Lolly

Left has topcoat - Right polish by itself

The closest color in my collection is Revlon Bubble Gum from the scented portion of their collection. It's the middle in the picture.

Revlon Bubble Gum with a coat of Essie Matte About You, still doesn't give you the same matte finish as Zoya Lolly. I didn't do a wear test on these as I'm sure it's similar to all other mattes, and not so great.

I added a touch of nail art by adding freehand french tips using China Glaze Strawberry Fields.

Then the light pink Isis Hollow Stars in Cherry Blossom. These glitter pieces are similar to what you might have already experienced. They require topcoat to stick to the nail, but lie flat and seal nicely with no rough edges. Both the outer stars and inner center stars can be used. The container has a good deal of stars to make it worth the money.

I had a hard time finding a color to use the Burgundy Wine striper with.... It's a dark blood red, so I just ended up going with Sally Hansen Diamond Strength - Platinum and freehanding the standard zebra stripes.
The brush on these is very nice! I like my striper brushes to be thin and flexible, which this is. I find the LA Colors striper brushes to be too thick and uneven. This is on par with my fave stripers, Kiss Nail Art Stripers. The polish is a jelly finish, but it worked well over my white background. I can imagine that over a darker color background the red might not show as well.

The Isis Hollow Stars in Dawn are the exact same review as Cherry Blossom.

Thanks to NaildeRoyale for providing the products in this review. I enjoyed them all and would look to shop from them in the future. I understand other bloggers have had mixed experiences with them, but I have nothing but good things to say from my experience with them and feel comfortable in recommending them to others.

Be careful of shipping prices if you live outside the USA, I've heard it can be $$$.

*of course all things I stated in this review are my personal opinion and NaildeRoyale has only provided me with the products to review. They have in no way paid me to say these things.*
