Many children had one or more of these dolls growing up. Some even collect them to this day. The one I had, I named Gretchen and she had red/brown hair. She made kissing noises and pursed her lips when you squeezed her belly. That seems strange to me now that I think back... Lol. My sister and I also had a gray Cabbage Patch brand pony with a purple saddle that they fit on perfectly. I believe my mom still has the pony at her house.
So this is some nail art to tribute to their cuteness. :)
Thumb is some cabbage leaves like in their logo.
Their cute faces with round cheeks and dimples....
I'm not good at centering lots of letters so I didn't attempt the entire name, I just did the initials with their font.
I couldn't do their nail art without including the signature that is tattooed on their behinds.
And so placement insisted that had to be next to their cute little butts!
I used Sally Hansen Iced Coffee and OPI Jade is the New Black.
Acrylic paints.
More acrylic paints.
Finish with a topcoat to smooth everything out and make it shiny!
Did you have a Cabbage Patch doll growing up?
