Today we have Jessica's Shopping on Rodeo. This was picked up by my mum at the beauty expo. I haven't really seen Jessica around really. The guys running the business didn't seem to keen on keeping Jessica going. It's a shame because the polishes are really pretty and have a great formula.
Rodeo could be a one coater. It so could be. I only did two because I couldn't get my shaping right on the first go. The formula is something else. It is to die for. Amazing coverage, so smooth and easy to maneuver.
I did a manicure for mum not too long ago and she let me choose the colour, I chose Shopping on Rodeo. I don't think I have ever done a manicure that quick before. It was amazing!
Rodeo freaked out my camera a little bit. It is a bright fuchsia pink with an even brighter frost, along with scattered silver glitter. I didn't think the sparkles were going to work but they are a nice little surprise. Rodeo glows, radiates, illuminates... under any light source too.
Mum has two more Jessicas for me to review, so keep an eye out :)

So the past few days have been a MESS, weather wise. Yesterday not only was I still not able to send any emails, we lost power for 7 freaking hours!!!!!! Everything seems to be back up and running though, hopefully. *crosses fingers*
Anyways, after seeing a swatch of this on MUA posted by the amazing Love8Brain, I went right over to Jessica's site and purchased it. It really is sooooo much more amazing IRL, I had such a hard time capturing the purple shimmer. This is another dupe of Chanel's Paradoxal and Revlon Perplex. It's called Venus Was Her Name, by Jessica.
Then just for fun...

Venus Was Her Name, is one of my top 10 polishes of all time. She is gorgeous, and in my opinion, better than Chanel's Paradoxal. I love everything about her, from the deep murky purple, to the bright purple shimmer, that hides inside. The minute I saw a pic of this, I had to have it, and for once, it wasn't LE, and was available. I got these two of of Jessica's website.Application was amazing, and only 2 coats for both. I really need to get more. Here she is (trumpets playing in the background) .....Venus Was Her Name!!!!!!! (cheering)The 2nd one I got was Greta, which I gues is nice, but looked way better on the site (sigh) oh well

So here it is, the polish that started it all for me.
This is Jessica's Palladium. I bought a bottle of this years ago from Priceline, it was just a fluke acquisition, cause I had never seen Jessica polishes there before and I have never seen them there again.
It is the most sparkly champagne gold colour. It is so pretty and it matches my jewellery perfectly. I LOVE IT.
Eventually my bottle ran out, and I don't think I have ever run out of a polish before. So I started trying to find a replacement. I finally found some online, and it was this tiny 7ml bottle and it cost be about 12 pounds to buy and post to Australia. But I'm so happy to have a little bit of it again. I have heaps of colours similar to this, but have never found a dupe. Has anyone seen any Jessica polishes for sale here is Australia recently?
Oh, and because of all my online searching for this polish, I found some awesome blogs showing even more awesome swatches of polishes available overseas and the rest they say is history.
