I was so happy when I got my OPI Black Shatter in the mail today! I immediately wanted to try it over everything. I swatched over a zillion different colors on my nail wheel before deciding to do a mani using Agent Lavender and Black Shatter. Next, I must use it over an intense glitter! So many ideas, and so few fingernails....
