Trend Alert - Color Blocking is One of This Season's Hautest Trends!
In a recent article on Today's Chicago Woman (TCW), beauty guru Gigi Kane shows how to translate the ever popular color blocking fashion trend into your makeup and beauty routine.
"A huge trend in nails is big, bold and texture. Mix shades to get a unique look that matches your personality. Personally, I love color blocking; it’s a simple and fun way of wearing nail lacquer in a new way." TCW
To look extra-chic in the sun this season with a similar nail look, use contrasting (or complementing depending on your personal taste) colors from the ZoyaSummer 2012 Beach and Surf Collection.
"To sum this collection up: I love how these two collections complete each other and it will sure be a lot of fun to play around with these shades. For example I will for sure be wearing something from the Beach on my nails and from the Surf on my toes. Or different combinations on the nails!" All You Desire
