Purple Power!Katy Perry is the queen of bold when it comes to her hair color, and we couldn't help but notice how closely her new 'do resembles a certain Zoya Nail Polish hue... Coincidence? Maybe, but we like to think Zoya Mimi was the inspiration behind this look... hey, you never know!
