Chevron Nail Art

I love the idea of chevron nails, but my first attempt was only a partial success.The color scheme is too dark for the middle of summer and I should have either started the v shapes closer to my cuticles and made them all wider or added another one. Not bad for a first attempt and I'll definitely be trying this style again.

I used Zoya Kym, as a base and then free-handed a chevron with L.A. Girl Flare Dark Purple & then Tic Tac Black.
