Italy's beauty experts take note of Zoya Nail Polish on the catwalk of top fashion designer Peter Som during his Fall 2012 runway presentation in New York.

Zoya's creative team worked directly with Peter Som to create three amazing limited edition (LE) custom shades for the show; Zoya Evvie (a smoky evergreen cream), Zoya Audrey (a semi sheer pink), and Katherine (an aubergine nail gloss).

Inspired by winter palette instead of Peter Som for Zoya, who drew his shades from the fashion show next winter. Already sold out overseas this mini collection revolves around three colors: Audrey, Envy and Katharine. The first was born from a need of the designer: "Peter wanted a rose that is not synonymous with white," said the Zoya color designer Rebecca Isa that has created a creamy pink seen on the show on the hands of the models. Envy, a dark green undergrowth, has painted her toenails instead of the mannequin because, according to Peter, "this year is all about the balance between opposites." The last color, which was not seen on the catwalk but who draws the shades of the fabrics, is the most unexpected. Despite the classic bright and dark eggplant hue, Katharine was thinking more like a top coat, nail polish to pass once: "It 's like a lip gloss, nail only." Rumors tell us that these shades may be proposed again...

Fashion Designer Peter Som created three muse inspired nail polishes with the Zoya custom nail color creative team led by color expert, Rebecca Isa. The end result was a beautiful trio of Limited Edition (LE) Zoya  / Peter Som nail colors featuring a soft, warm pink named Audrey, a smoky evergreen called Evvie and a buildable plum nail gloss answering to Katherine. Peter Som runway was a perfect blend of ready-to-wear and haute coture. Peter Som looked to the The Zoya Nail Polish Team to manicure models nails in the delicate pink shimmer of Zoya Sally which complimented the shows looks.

Each nail was cleaned and prepped with Zoya Remove + from the Zoya Color Lock System, prior to applying a base coat of Zoya Anchor, two coats of Zoya Sally and an ultra glossy top coat of Zoya Armor. Everything dried quickly with a few drops of Zoya Hurry Up.
